POTATOE´S OMELETTE




INGREDIENT
  •            800 grames of potatoes
  •            5 eggs
  •            Salt
  •          Oil



                                                       HOW TO COOK:
Cut the potatoes in small sheets and put them in a bowl, later you will have to mix with eggs. Choose your pan , then add the oil and fry the potatoes (put the quantity of salt you want).
In another bowl beat the 5 eggs. When the potatoes are fried remove all the oil that is possible.
Now add in the pan the eggs. Put in a medium intensity during 4 minutes. Turn around the omelette and repeat the last step.
After that you will have your omelette.
